Oceanfront rooms with kitchenettes are super convenient. Cleanliness needs improvement; I found dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Loved the outdoor pool area and game room. Some areas felt outdated, which was a letdown.

The location is really convenient, with direct beach access and a nice outdoor pool area. The pool was crowded, and our room had some cleanliness issues. the games room was fun for the kids, and they had a nice happy hour by the pool.

The room was outdated, had a view of the pool instead of the ocean, and was dirty with bugs in the cups. Plus, the pool was closed and packed with rowdy kids. Totally stressed me out!

Great location near the beach, perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was stunning at night. The pool, however, was not well maintained, which was disappointing. Our room had cleanliness issues, with dirt and hair in places that shouldn't have been. Staff was friendly, and the kitchen was handy for making meals, but the outdated decor and noise from the AC units were distracting. Loved the hammocks and the arcade for the kids, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both cleanliness and maintenance.

Holiday Inn Ocean City offers a prime location and breathtaking ocean views. The outdoor pool and garden area are beautifully remodeled, adding to the resort-like atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making for a memorable stay. Comfortable beds and nearby shops complete the experience.

The beach access was super convenient, making it easy to soak up that sun! I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and grooving to live bands on the weekends. The cozy balcony with a partial ocean view was the perfect spot to unwind!

The room on the 5th floor was clean but had noticeable issues. The carpet felt dirty, and we needed to wear shoes to avoid blackened feet. The noise from adjacent rooms was quite intrusive, making sleep a challenge. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the room comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, promptly bringing fresh towels when requested. Despite the promised ocean view, our “Garden View” room faced a side street, which was disappointing. A deep clean would greatly improve the overall comfort. The renovated room we eventually moved to was much better and more enjoyable.

This hotel puts you just a few steps from the beach and a vibrant array of restaurants, including the fantastic Touch of Italy right on-site, making dining out an absolute treat, while shops and family-friendly attractions like Dinosaur Bones Playground are within a short walk from your door; the comfortable rooms, equipped with kitchenettes and balcony views, enhance the experience even further, but the bathroom amenities could use a slight refresh.

Welcoming staff made us feel at home. The cozy atmosphere and nicely decorated rooms were perfect for our romantic getaway.

The location was great, just a couple of minutes from the beach and away from the busy boardwalk. The staff, especially Dawn, were very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Touch of Italy, served amazing pizza.
The indoor pool and hot tub room had a strong bleach smell, which was overpowering. The hotel is outdated, with only a few rooms renovated, making it a gamble to get a modern room.

This hotel is right on the beach just steps away from lots of shops restaurants and even miniature golf making it incredibly easy to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer and with comfortable beds clean rooms a great outdoor pool area and an onsite restaurant bar with delicious Italian food that brought the authentic taste of Italy to my stay I felt relaxed and welcomed especially after long days of exploring but the slow service at the restaurant could definitely use some improvement.

The heating and air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. It was also nice to have tea and coffee facilities to enjoy a hot beverage in the morning. The sitting area in the room was cozy, but I found the garden furniture a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the cookware and kitchen utensils could use an upgrade as some items were not as clean as expected. I appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for entertainment purposes. the carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit worn out and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, room service was not available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. The housekeeping service was efficient, although there were a few missed spots in terms of cleanliness. I did not get a welcome drink upon arrival, which would have been a nice gesture. The tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff was helpful in planning my itinerary. I missed out on the happy hour as it was not clearly communicated during check-in.

Exceptional location, right by the beach. The remodeled pool and garden area enhances the resort vibe. Comfy bed and clean room added to our experience, yet issues overshadowed our stay. Incorrect room assignment bogged us down. After being charged $100 to switch, I was met with a dismissive manager. Bathroom leaks and mildew odors in our room were concerning. Staff interaction was hit or miss. One bartender was particularly grumpy. While most employees were helpful, our trust was shaken. The kitchen was handy, but outdated decor and cleanliness were glaring flaws. I wanted this trip to be perfect. It fell short. I’ll consider other options next time. Standards matter—this place needs a serious overhaul.

I chose Holiday Inn Ocean City to be close to Ocean City Beach. The property's free guest parking with Tesla charging stations pleasantly surprised me. Also, I loved the rich cultural traditions and recipes from Italy and the vibrant Ocean City Boardwalk.
Room carpets were soaked, blood stains found.

We hit up the top, ranked courses designed by golf legends , epic swings all around! After that, we caught the latest flick at Sun & Surf Cinema , those luxury recliners are a game, changer for movie nights!
Wish there was a happening nightclub nearby for us party animals to dance the night away! That'd take the fun factor up a notch for sure!

Our family had a blast at the Ocean City golf course, boasting courses designed by golf champions. The experience was top, notch, offering unique challenges and stunning views. It's a must, visit for golf enthusiasts looking for a memorable round of golf with the family.
My children wished for a more extensive kid, friendly menu at the on, site restaurant.

stayed at holiday inn and it was awesome for my little ones. the outdoor pool, tennis court, and ocean view from my balcony were superb. the italian restaurant on-site offered excellent food portions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the staff was professional and accommodating, providing us with items we forgot and a gift card for a local restaurant. the hotel's amenities, including hammocks, floating chairs in the pool, indoor pool, hot tub. the location was great with nearby stores, shops, restaurants, and amusements within walking distance.

Comfortable room and amenities are good. Unfortunately, my oceanfront view room on the second floor only offered a view of the hotel pool and dunes. The lack of towels and kitchen supplies was also disappointing. Despite these issues, I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a short but sweet family getaway at a beachfront hotel in Ocean City. The ocean view from our balcony was amazing, and the sound of the waves crashing was so soothing. The room's kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to cook when we wanted a break from dining out. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
There were a few issues that dampened our experience. The hotel failed to add the points to our membership and their customer service was rude.
